Greetings all,
First off, Jason, congrats on the release of S&S. It is always nice to see someone from the community rise up and take a shot at an indie release. I have always enjoyed your efforts, be it work for Eden or one of your websites, I can always count on you to offer up great gaming materials.
I do have a couple of questions concerning S&S. I noticed the errata thread. I am not real familiar with how Lulu works, but I am curious how the book will be updated with new errata? Is this something that will be done periodically? Maybe you can touch upon this just a bit.
Next I am curious how the OGL will work for S&S? Is this the same OGL that Wizards has in place for D20 products?
Thanks!
**Edit**
Something else came to mind that expands the question on the OGL. Will there be an SRD released for S&S?
Thanks again! ;D

I plan to upload to Lulu a (free) errata pdf when all the errata has been collected. This will enable people who have previously purchased the game to get the fixes without having to re-purchase it. I will then revise the existing file so that anyone who buys it after the errata is collected will get the most current version. As Matt over at Flames Rising said, "That's one of the selling points of PoD publishing, the ability to make instant fixes."
The OGL is the Wizards OGL used for 3.x and compatible games. It is separate and distinct from the d20 system license, which this game does NOT carry, and which WotC has revoked with the advent of the new General System License.
The OGL, however, is a perpetual license that cannot be revoked. People will likely continue to use it for many years to come.
No, there will be no SRD for S&S, as the game is mostly open content as it stands. Releasing an SRD would be tantamount to releasing the game for free.

If there's enough (which I hope there is not) I'll also offer at the base cost (no profit to me) a saddle-stitched print version. But gods willing there won't be enough errata to warrant that.

Ye Gods! Let's hope not!! Indeed! If there is, I might have to go back to the drawing board! Hah. Still, look at the Bible-sized errata for 3.x D&D...and what I suspect will become an equally huge one for 4e (though they'll cleverly couch that as entries in the next volumes of the PHB, MM, and DMG). It does happen, even with the big boys.
