Would you consider shipping your works via Paypal payments to Canada? It's really crazy to pay Lulu shipping to Canada...

Even if you made some books available via CafePress - their shipping is anywhere from 10% to 25% of Lulu's depending (I'm sure some exceptions are out there).

I do happen to have a few copies at home that I could send to you with paypal payments. I'd need to check what shipping would cost and I can let you know. It's not something I could do on a regular basis, but until I sell through the few copies I have at home I can do it.
